Happy almost Friday! I can’t believe how quickly this week is going! Now that we are in June, it is definitely starting to feel like summer. We did have a few cool days with some rain this week {which was such a relief from the heat!} but the temperatures will start to climb back into the high 80s and 90s for the weekend and into next week here in DC. I’m not a huge fan of the heat and humidity, but I do love summer clothes!

You may remember Monday’s post about my favorite summer dress. Sundresses will probably always be at the top of my list for favorite summer clothes, but jumpsuits are coming in at a close second, especially this spring and summer. Jumpsuits {and rompers for that matter} are so easy to throw on whether you are going out to dinner or running errands. And they are even easier to accessorize!

This is my first printed jumpsuit and I am totally obsessed with it! I have been loving the mosaic trend throughout spring and now into summer and this print looks great on a jumpsuit. The bodice of the jumpsuit is gathered, which makes it super flattering and I just love the elastic at the waist and around the ankles. To top all of this, it has pockets. There is nothing I love more than a dress or jumpsuit that has pockets. This jumpsuit is simply the definition of comfort!

I went more casual with gold accessories for this look, but the first time I wore this cute jumpsuit was out to dinner in Napa with wedges for a more dressed up look. As a side note, we actually shot pictures that night and lost this set of photos and two others we took while in Napa! I was devastated. All I could think of was that we would never be able to recreate the gorgeous backgrounds of Napa! Honestly, I like this casual version better I think. It might not be the gorgeous Napa scenery, but at least this jumpsuit can be the star 🙂

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
