Cranberry Holiday Cocktail

It's that time of the year! We are having our Christmas party this weekend and food planning has been on my mind. Thankfully, cocktails are typically up to my husband, but a few weekends ago, I threw champagne, cranberry juice and cranberries together to create a delicious and festive cocktail just in time for the holiday season.

This super simple recipe is perfect for holiday parties. Although I made individual drinks, you could easily make a pitcher -- although I cannot guarantee this pretty color divide if everything is mixed in a pitcher. I had fresh cranberries on hand from another recipe, but you could also use frozen. A refreshing and quick cocktail ideal for the rush of the holiday season!
